    System Maintenance Break
  • Every morning from 1:00am to 2:00am system will be unavailable for daily maintenance.
    Registration
  • Using someone else's name, father's name or CNIC/B-Form # to register will invalidate your admission application
  • Using fake data to register for admission into any programme will invalidate your admission application
  • Don't compromise your chances for admission by using someone else's e-mail address
  • Keep your Login ID and Password safe and secure for yourself to use later to check the status of your application
  • Write your name and your father's name exactly as they appeared in your Secondary School Certificate

    General
  • Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
  • Any incorrect statement made in this form may lead to disciplinary action and/or cancellation of admission at any time.
  • Application must reach the concerned admission desk by last date fixed for receipt of applications, failing which application will not be entertained.
  • Candidates applying for program(s) where NAT/GAT is applicable are required to submit the valid result card issued by NTS. Those who have applied for IUB special NAT/GAT Test will attach copy of enrollment slip.
  • Candidates with qualification of A or O level must attach Equivalence Certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • For each campus, department and each program, a separate application form should be submitted.
  • Original matriculation certificate is required to be deposited with the department concerned (in case admission is granted).
  • Please attach attested photocopies of the certificates/degrees and all relevant documents. (one copy of each certificate/degree).

Question: Online Application Process?
Answer:
  1. Register yourself by clicking 'Register as a new User' button, which can be found by clicking 'Register' button on the top. After registration you can enter your login details to enter in the admission portal.
  2. After Login, You will have to register your Personal Information. Please very carefully enter your Name, Father Name, CNIC etc. information as this information must match with your documents. Failing to do so may disqualify you from IUB admissions. After entering all personal information, press 'Save' button to move to next step.
  3. Enter your academic marks and any other employment history (if any). Please make sure to enter all information correctly. After entering all academic records, press 'Move Next' button to move to next step.
  4. Choose the program you wish to apply by clicking 'Apply' button. You can search for the program by writing its name in the 'Search Program' textbox. Enter all the information for the program you are applying then click 'Save' to move to next step
  5. Congrats!! You have successfully applied for the program. Print Challan and submit it in any HBL branch throughout Pakistan. Keep the copy by yourself for reference. Your application will only be considered after submission of Challan in HBL. Please note that you are not required to send us paid Challans copy or any other documents at this time.
  6. You can follow steps 4~5 to apply for any other programs. On the 'Home' page you can click 'Choose Program to Apply' button to again come to step 4. You can click 'View Application Status' button to check your IUB Online Admission Application status. Please visit 'View Application Status' page regularly as we communicate with you through this page by sending you important updates related to your online admission application.
  7. After submission of your online admission application Challans, wait for the merit lists for the programs you have applied, which will start displaying from 25th January, 2017
  8. If you found your name in any merit list, then you must visit the concerned department along with all your original documents and Challan copy. Department after verifying all your documents, may issue you 1st Semester fee Challan. If your name is not in the merit list then you can wait for the 2nd and 3rd merit lists. Your name may also not come in merit list if you have not entered your academic marks correctly. Thus, Please make sure that you double check that you have correctly entered your academic records.
  9. After depositing 1st Semester fee Challan in HBL, Submit the copy of paid Challan in the department.
  10. Your online admission portal status should start showing 'Admitted'. If not, then please contact the department. Classes will start from 6th February, 2017.
Question:I can't create account. There is some problem with Email confirmation link?
Answer: We are finding that this is mostly happening to users with MSN/live/Microsoft email accounts. Please use Gmail/Yahoo account for account registration on this system.

Question:What is NCC/WG on Personal Info Registration page?
Answer: NCC/WG is some type of military training certificate. If you don't know much about it, you may choose NO for this selection.

Question:I received 'Some Error' while submitting form?
Answer: This is likely due to your browser. Please use latest version of FireFox, Chrome browsers for using this system.

Question:Program specific queries?
Answer: Please contact the relevant department. You may find contact No. from the following link. http://iub.edu.pk/contact.php

Question:Is it mandatory to give IUB Special NAT/GAT?No, If you already have valid NAT/GAT result.
Answer: IUB Special NAT/GAT is only arranged for those student's who don't have valid NAT/GAT result. Please check validity of your NAT/GAT result on its result card.

Question:My Challan Status is still 'Not Submitted?
Answer: Your Challan status should turn to 'Submitted' with in 1~2 days after your Challan submission in HBL. However, due to some data entry errors from HBL, It may still be showing 'Not Submitted'. Please send us scan copy of the Challan to the email address mentioned in 'Contact' page.

Question:Do I need to send you Challan copy after paying in HBL?
Answer: No. You must keep this copy as you need to brought this along with all your original documents if your name appears in any merit list. Please start checking merit lists from 25th January, 2017

Question:Result Awaiting Candidates?
Answer: You should not wait for your result to apply for IUB admissions. Kindly register yourself on IUB Admission Portal and follow the application process. For the result awaiting marks, you can enter any temporary marks and edit them as soon as your result is declared. E.g., in place of FSc marks, you can just enter your FSc Part 1 marks. Please do not wait for the last dates to apply for IUB admissions.
